Research & Development

Our research and development department is lead by 2 microbiologists and 4 chemists with a combined experience of 74 years.

The task of this department is multi-facetted and includes developing new and/or improving existing formulations for/from our customers.

Our hi-tech tools and equipment enable us to remain at the forefront of our dynamic industry.

Quality Control

This department operates at both the pre and post-production stages. They monitor the quality, proper storage and stability of all incoming raw materials and packaging at entry level, the manufacturing process and finished goods inspection at exit level.

They keep samples for analysis at every stage of production and before any product is loaded for final shipment there is an additional quality control inspection of the formulation, inner and outer packing and loading procedure.

All collected information and actions undertaken to correct inadequacies are carefully kept in logs for later reference, further analysis of ingredients and for basis of improvement.

Max Prodis is proud to use the newest and most advanced mixing, filling and labeling equipment, such as Fryma Koruma Mixer Homogenizer, Unipac Tube-filling machine, Etifix labeling machine, VideoJet Triumph and Seamco liquid filler.
