Over the past 15 years Max Prodis has acquired a dedicated, loyal, highly diversified and qualified team of managers, chemists, engineers, technicians and workers. The present staff of 54 people enables the company to operate efficiently yet with sufficient flexibility to fill the changing needs of our customers. We are especially proud of our chemical and quality control departments. Statement of the General Manager:

During the past two decades I have dedicated my life to demonstrate to the world that a low labor cost country such as Bulgaria can indeed produce quality with a competitive edge.

The average age of our equipment and machinery is less than 5 years while the average experience of our staff is more than 10 years.

Statement of the Production Manager:

"I joined the Max Prodis team in 2003 after 23 years of experience as production chief at Bulgaria's leading state-owned toiletries manufacturer. Max Prodis has changed my life and made my dreams come true. While I produced huge volumes for my previous employer I was continually hit with frustration and at times despair. I had only my science, my hands and a huge de-motivated army of workers to create a mediocre product.

Today I dispose of a highly dedicated pre- and post production team which, in combination with top of the line automated equipment, enables me to produce a far superior product at a lower cost.
