Production Facilities

Max Prodis currently operates from three juxtaposed facilities with a total area of 10 240 m², comprised of 3120 m² production area, 6180 m² warehousing and 960 m² administrative and technical offices.

There is plenty of space for expansion up to 20 000 m² as the company has recently acquired surrounding lots of industrial land.

The production areas are fitted with anti-bacterial paneling, aluminum, and specially resin-coated floors and ceilings. All production personnel are dressed in the required garment to guarantee European standards sanitary and hygiene specifications. There are production area separators as well.

Presently the company operates 7 different production lines over two plants as follows:

1. Shampoo & Liquid Soap Line
2. Gel & Cream Line
3. Tube-filling Line
4. Liquid-filling Line
5. Perfume Line
6. Nail-Polish Remover Line
7. High-Viscosity Product Line

The production capacity is quite flexible and expandable. Total Production 2 shift Capacity per year is 56 400 000 units!
